PRIVACY POLICY ON THE PROCESSING
OF PERSONAL DATA

pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, Legislative Decree 196/03 as amended and
supplemented
NICOFRUTTA S.r.l. informs its customers, suppliers, and users about the methods of
processing data acquired as part of its activities.

2. Legal Basis for Processing

The personal data provided to us will be processed, pursuant to Art. 6 paragraph 1 letters b)
and c), using IT and paper tools in order to execute contracts or pre-contractual measures, or to
fulfill a legal obligation to which the data controller is subject.

6. Retention Period

The processed personal data will be kept for the mandatory period required by legal regulations
regarding fiscal and accounting matters.

7. Rights of the Data Subject

Pursuant to Art. 13 paragraph 2 letters b, c, d, data subjects are informed that they are

8.  Obligatory Nature of Providing Data

The communication of personal data is a legal and contractual obligation and is a necessary
requirement for the conclusion of the contract; therefore, the data subject is obliged to provide
personal data. Failure to communicate such data will prevent the execution of the contract.

9. Decision-Making Process

Art. 22 - Data processing is not based on an automated decision-making process, and no
profiling activities are carried out.

10. Consent

The processing of the indicated categories of data is to be considered lawful pursuant to Art. 6,
as the signed consent of the data subject is not required under Art. 6 letters b) and c).
